Consult on Home Selling Strategies
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
Meet John Zabinski
Achieving superior results and providing a world-class customer experience is what makes John Zabinski’s clients return to him and refer others when buying or selling a home in Berks County and southeastern PA. “Buying a home should be an exciting time in one’s life.....and selling a home should be a time of looking forward to the next stage in life’s adventure.”
John’s most appreciated skill is his ability to listen well, paying attention to every detail, then using clear and timely communication to ensure that everyone’s on the same page. As a Certified Technology Real Estate specialist, he appreciates being able to connect and communicate with clients the way they want.
But here’s where common sense and technology co-exist. With 90% of all buyers beginning their home search online, John takes the time to post extensive photos and descriptions of his listings on his website and in the MLS, syndicates them to a variety of real estate portals, then gives them extra exposure through premiere memberships on Realtor.com and Zillow Group among others.
A lifelong student, teacher, researcher, entrepreneur, consumer, volunteer and more…
When not busy with real estate, John enjoys working out regularly, does volunteer work with Caron Treatment Centers, working with his alumni associations at Brown and Hofstra, attending RSO performances, boating with his family on Blue Marsh Lake, playing with their two cats or escaping to another world, reading books on spirituality and historical novels.
